Placing an order on FitMe is incredibly easy. Just follow these simple steps:
- Browse our FitMe website to find the product you desire.
- If you just want to buy ONE product, select color/size and quantity and just click on 'Buy Now' button. It will take you to the cart page immediately. Then follow the below steps 6-8.
- To buy more than one product, just select color/size and click "Add To Cart" for the first product you wish to buy. In the same way, add more products to your cart, browse other desired products and simply add them by clicking "Add To Cart".
- Once you have added all your desired products to the cart, go to the cart and select the items you want to order.
- Click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
- Choose your preferred delivery location area. If you have any coupon voucher codes, this is the time to apply them.
- If you choose to pay 'Cash on delivery' please select the option. It will show you courier deposit amount to pay now with balance amount to be paid on delivery. You can also pay the full amount by deselecting 'cash on Delivery' option. Select your preferred payment option and follow the instruction there. Once you complete the payment and give the required Number and Transaction No., please place the order by clicking 'PLACE ORDER' button.
- After confirming the order and completing the payment, you will receive a confirmation notification through SMS/email to inform you that your order has been successfully placed.

Yes, it is guaranteed. However, in case of shipment of wrong item by our mistake, we will replace it without additional cost.
